When is the Event?

The event occurs on March 29, 2019 and runs until March 31, 2019. You can check out our “Dates” page for more information.

If I pay at a Live Game, do I still need to register?

Yes! The Registration form helps us to know who is coming, and to keep a running log.

I see that [Person X] is the storyteller for [Auspice] Gate. Does that mean that they are handling things for that auspice?

Not at all. There are five gates to the Gary Hive, each one of which has been associated with an Auspice. The respective Storytellers are the ones who are overseeing that particular gate.

When I Register, do I also need to book a hotel room?

If you intend to stay on-site, absolutely. While we have a room block, those reservations are handled directly by the hotel. Just let them know that you are part of our room block ($119.00 per night).

I don’t play a garou (or other fera). can I still come?

You certainly can. If you would like to try out Garou, we will be more than happy to help you create a character. If you play a Changeling or Mage, you are welcome to come assist. If you play a Vampire, Fallen, Wraith, or other creature type, we (the staff) will not stop you from signing in, but it is at your own risk.

Are you allowing proxies?

We have made the decision to allow proxies for this event. Understand, however, that it is a hard proxy, and death is just as likely for those sheets as it is for PCs; no one gets a free pass when assaulting a powerful Hive.

What Format Should my Sheet Be In?

For this event, we are requesting that sheets be sent to us as a .gex, as we will be establishing an event database for ease of record-keeping. Anything which is sent to us in another format will have to be converted over by one of us. In exchange, however, sheets which are sent in .gex will receive a PvE Retest for use during this event.

We also will only be accepting sheets from ST accounts; players, please do not send your own sheet.
